Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a list of some of our frequently asked questions. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

What is your refund policy?
All sales of Clinic merchandise are final.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?
Purchases of merchandise including Artist Cards at their retail price are not tax-deductible. However, any donation beyond the retail price is tax-deductible. For a donation of an additional $10 or more per Artist Card, we will include a special vellum insert with the message, A special gift has been made in your honor to Venice Family Clinic.

All other donations to the Clinic are 100% tax deductible. Tax ID # 95-2769432.

How long will it take for my Artist Cards order to arrive?
Please allow two to three weeks for processing. Once prepared, orders are shipped to you by UPS (unless you instruct the Clinic to mail your cards for you). You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. For addresses in the Los Angeles area, UPS Ground service typically takes one day for shipping.

For my custom Artist Cards order, how do I get my custom information to you, such as my name, greeting, or mailing list?
When we begin processing your order, you will be contacted via email for the necessary information for your custom order. You will receive a proof of your custom order to approve before we print any of your cards.

In what format should I provide my mailing list for my Artist Cards order?
Please provide your mailing list in a Microsoft Excel file; other formats (e.g., handwritten or Microsoft Word) may incur a special handling charge.

How do I know my personal information is secure?
Our commitment to your security is a top priority at Venice Family Clinic. We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use (such as Amazon.com). To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers.

How can I contact someone if I have a question?
